The project
New spaces for Gorgonzola ripening.
ATECNA ITALIA built the SI Invernizzi dairy extension and new rooms dedicated to Gorgonzola ripening, coordinating sandwich panels, finishes and technical access.
The construction system uses XPS-core panels, smooth 1200 Glass Coat glass-reinforced polyester walls, walkable plastic-coated stainless steel ceilings with an accessible service void, high-speed roll-up doors in stainless steel, Full Inox sliding doors and complete loading points in galvanised or stainless steel according to their installation areas.

The project
New spaces to expand ripening capacity.
The project extended the dairy with new spaces organised around processing and product handling, creating continuous, cleanable areas coordinated with existing services.

The process
Rooms dedicated toripeningGorgonzola.
The new rooms accommodate ripening racks and support flows between products, operators and equipment. Geometry, access and finishes were specified around the needs of the cheesemaking process.

Smooth 1200 Glass Coat walls, plastic-coated stainless steel ceilings.
XPS-core panels were configured with smooth 1200 Glass Coat glass-reinforced polyester walls and plastic-coated stainless steel walkable ceilings. The accessible service void allows inspection and maintenance of installations above the rooms, while preserving continuous surfaces suitable for food processing environments.

Access
Technical doors and loading points.
Stainless steel high-speed roll-up doors organise access between rooms, corridors and departments. The supply includes Full Inox hinged and sliding cold-room doors, US Inox doors and complete loading points in galvanised or stainless steel according to the processing area.
