2. Data processed
When browsing the website, the following may be processed:

- page viewing and interaction data collected through Google Analytics 4 only after consent;
- data voluntarily provided when contacting ATECNA ITALIA by phone or email.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Website operation and security: page delivery, prevention of abuse and resolution of technical issues, based on the controller’s legitimate interest.
- Handling enquiries: responding to commercial or information enquiries to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
- Legal obligations: retention and disclosure of data where required by applicable law.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 is used only with prior consent to measure visits, pages viewed and interactions, improve content and assess website effectiveness. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Methods, recipients and transfers
Data is processed using appropriate organisational and technical measures. It may be made available to authorised personnel and technical providers, including hosting services, acting under their respective roles and agreements. Browsing statistics use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

5. Retention
Technical data is retained for as long as necessary to ensure service operation, security and diagnostics, under the policies of the providers involved. Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, meet administrative and legal obligations. 6. Data subject rights
Where applicable, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Requests may be sent to the controller’s contact details. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Automated decisions and updates
The website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on users. This notice may be updated following changes to the website, services used or legislation.
