The project
A complete system for logistics and dispatch.
ATECNA ITALIA built the new logistics and dispatch area at Caseificio Salernitano in Gorgonzola, coordinating sandwich panels with a high-density XPS core, access points, impact protection and technical doors and windows.
Each solution was chosen to support hygiene, streamline logistics flows and protect the most exposed surfaces over time.

The context
A new logistics and dispatch area.
The project created the dairy’s new logistics and dispatch area, organising spaces and access around product handling, preparation and outgoing flows.

XPS panels with IXP and VTR finishes.
Walls and partitions use sandwich panels with a high-density extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulating core. Depending on each area’s requirements, durable IXP plastic-coated stainless steel and VTR glass-reinforced polyester finishes were used for food processing spaces subject to frequent cleaning.

High-speed roll-up doors.
New high-speed doors organise access between departments, reduce opening times and support more efficient movement of people and materials.

Durability
Bespoke impact protection.
High-density polypropylene protection was customised in the client’s corporate colour. It protects the areas most exposed to impacts and helps preserve the panels over time.

Visual oversight
Technical viewing windows between areas.
Technical viewing windows integrated into the partitions allow direct oversight between adjacent areas and bring in light while maintaining an orderly, functional separation.
